Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SharmaTraders.org, we take pride in providing valuable and high-quality digital learning content. Since our offerings are digitally delivered courses, please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation After Purchase

  • Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

  • Upon successful payment, the course access is either granted instantly or shared within a few hours—hence, cancellation is not possible once the product has been delivered or accessed.

Cancellation Before Access

  • If you made a payment but have not yet received access to the course (and have not downloaded or viewed it), you may request cancellation within 2 hours of purchase by emailing us.


2. Refund Policy

We offer a limited refund policy for specific cases mentioned below. Please note, all refund decisions are at the sole discretion of SharmaTraders.org.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

  • You did not receive course access within 24 hours, and our support failed to resolve the issue.

  • The course content is completely different from what was described (proof required).

  • There are technical issues with the course from our side, and we are unable to fix them within 3 working days.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • You changed your mind after purchase.

  • You did not read the course description and expected something else.

  • You’ve already accessed more than 30% of the course content.

  • You used fake/inaccurate contact information while placing the order.

  • You face issues due to your device, browser, or internet—not related to our system.


3. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria:

  1. Email us at support@sharmatraders.org within 7 days of purchase.

  2. Mention your order ID, registered email ID, and the exact reason for refund.

  3. Our team will respond within 2–4 business days after reviewing your request.


4. Refund Timeline

  • If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • We do not offer wallet refunds or cash returns.
